PERANAN PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM PENGELOLAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDes) DI DESA FAFINESU C KECAMATAN INSANA FAFINESU KABUPATEN TIMOR TENGAH UTARA

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are village business institutions that are managed by the community and the village government and are incorporated. The presence of BUMDes was to strengthen the economy of the village community and was formed based on the needs and potential of the village. Problems in this study are the lack of socialization related to the roles and functions of BUMDes in Fafinesu C Village, the lack of facilitation of BUMDes, and the lack of monitoring and evaluation processes. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the role of the Village Government in the Management of BUMDes. The research method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the Village Government's socialization as an important element of BUMDes had not been carried out in a planned and sustainable manner so that the community did not participate in the BUMDes management; The Village Government had not facilitated BUMDes management to participate in education and training so that in BUMDes management have difficulty in developing BUMDes; The village government did not carry out a monitoring and evaluation process so that any problems encountered in the management of BUMDes were not immediately resolved.
