Abstract

This study aimed to determine and describe the management of village funds, especially the management of clean water funds in Naiola Village, South Bikomi District, North Timor Tengah Regency, through planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring for the welfare of the community. Planning for clean water fund management was carried out by involving the community to contribute ideas to fund the construction of clean water tanks and the construction of a pipeline network, through the Village Deliberation (MUSDus), Village Deliberations (MUSDes) and Planning Deliberations for Village Development (MUSREMBANGDes). The organization and management of clean water funds was carried out by forming an Activity Implementation Team (TKP). This research used descriptive research method with qualitative analysis. The results showed that the implementation of clean water fund management was not going as well as whatever was planned together at the time of in MUSDus, MUSdes, and MUSREMBANGDes. This is evidenced by the existence of making water storage tanks without the manufacture of pipeline.
