Abstract
Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze “The Role of Coordination in the Implementation of BNPP Management in PLBN Wini, Humusu Wini Village, North Insana District, North Central Timor Regency (Coordination of BNPP Agency with Immigration, Customs, Quarantine, and Security Agencies). The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. According to Greswell in his book Sugiyono (2012; 347) states that qualitative research means the process of exploring and understanding the meaning of individual and group behavior, describing social problems or humanitarian problems. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed by data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data were obtained from interviews and documentation with a male employee at the BNPP institution. Interview data In accordance with the duties and functions of the BNPP, the PLBN Management Unit is tasked with facilitating and coordinating the implementation of the duties and functions of all agencies/elements of implementing cross-border services which include immigration, customs, and quarantine agencies, in addition to other agencies as supporting elements. directed, efficient and effective PLBN governance.
