PERAN TIM GARUDA DALAM PENANGANAN COVID-19 DI KABUPATEN BELU

Abstract

Latar belakang Kasus COVID-19 diperkirakan akan terus meningkat dan berkelanjutan sebagai penyakit infeksi pada masa mendatang. Intervensi kesehatan masyarakat yang tepat dan sesuai dalam menangani dampak penyebaran COVID-19 melalui pendekatan holistik yang mempertimbangkan budaya, gender, agama, ekonomi dan politik untuk menangani aspek sosial penularan dan pencegahan agar efektif maka strategi pencegahan harus melibatkan kehidupan manusia sehari-hari dan diintegrasikan ke dalam hubungan sosial dan praktik. Metode Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 orang tenaga kesehatan yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Haliwen, Silawan, Ainiba, Haekesak, Wedomu dan Atambua Selatan. Sampel yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan melalui wawancara, dokumen terkait, dan observasi. Data dikumpulkan dari Mei hingga Oktober 2021 melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dengan durasi 25 menit hingga 60 menit. Hasil Data dikelola dengan perangkat lunak Nvivo 12 Plus. Analisis data penelitian kualitatif etnografi menggunakan Model Spradley ditemukan sebuah tema utama yaitu Peran Tim Garuda dalam Penanganan COVID-19 di Kabupaten Belu yang terbagi dalam domain sinergi dan gotong royong semua pihak dalam penanganan Covid-19. Kesimpulan Peran Tim Garuda dalam Penanganan Covid-19 di Kabupaten Belu, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur membutuhkan sinergi dan gotong royong semua pihak dalam penanganan Covid-19 tercakup dalam komponen edukasi dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang COVID-19, kerjasama lintas sektor untuk membantu penanganan COVID-19, penerapan protokol Kesehatan, pemantauan kasus dengan testing, tracing, dan treatment serta pemasangan bendera COVID-19. Membentuk tim penanganan COVID-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas, Mengembangkan kolaborasi dengan pemerintah, masyarakat, tua-tua adat, pemuka agama dalam meredam pandemi dan infodemik tentang COVID-19.
