GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL TENTANG TANDA-TANDA BAHAYA KEHAMILAN DI UPTD PUSKESMAS HALIWEN

Pendahulan : Pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai tanda-tanda bahaya kehamilan merupakan faktor penting dalam pencegahan keterlambatan deteksi komplikasi. Keterlambatan mengenali tanda bahaya dapat meningkatkan risiko morbiditas dan mortalitas maternal, sehingga pemetaan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil sangat diperlukan sebagai dasar intervensi kesehatan. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang tanda-tanda bahaya kehamilan di UPTD Puskesmas Haliwen tahun 2025. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan populasi seluruh ibu hamil yang tercatat di UPTD Puskesmas Haliwen sebanyak 157 orang. Sampel berjumlah 30 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner terstruktur. Data dianalisis menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan yaitu 19 orang (63,3%), pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 9 orang (30,0%), dan pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 2 orang (6,7%). Kesimpulan: Mayoritas ibu hamil di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Haliwen memiliki pengetahuan baik, namun masih terdapat ibu hamil dengan pengetahuan cukup dan kurang yang berisiko mengalami keterlambatan mengenali komplikasi. Tenaga kesehatan, khususnya perawat dan bidan, diharapkan lebih mengoptimalkan edukasi melalui kelas ibu hamil, konseling, serta keterlibatan keluarga untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan maternal. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan sampel lebih besar dan desain analitik untuk mengidentifikasi faktor determinan pengetahuan secara lebih mendalam.
