Abstract

Penyebaran kasus COVID-19 yang sangat cepat memberikan dampak bagi beberapa aspek fisik, psikologis, sosial dan lingkungan bagi tenaga kesehatan. Tenaga kesehatan terpapar virus dan dampaknya masih terus dirasakan setelah tiga bulan dinyatakan negatif. Dampak long COVID seperti batuk, sesak nafas, takikardi setelah melakukan aktivitas yang berat dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan dan kualitas hidup tenaga kesehatan terutama yang bekerja di ruang isolasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas hidup penyitas long COVID pada tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di ruang isolasi COVID Rumah Sakit Bethesda. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah 47 tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di ruang isolasi RS Bethesda Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner baku Short Form-36 (SF-36). Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat untuk menggambarkan kualitas hidup responden berdasarkan delapan domain SF-36. baku SF-36 yang berisi 36 pertanyaan dengan delapan domain dengan nilai setiap item uji validitas ≥ 0,4 dan uji reabilitas dengan Cronbanch’s Alpha untuk domain fungsi fisik 0,769; peran fisik 0,833; rasa nyeri 0.874; kesehatan umum 0,760; fungsi sosial 0,812; kesehatan mental 0,760; peranan emosi 0,850; vitalitas 0,759. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan kualitas hidup tenaga kesehatan dilihat dari rata-rata skor delapan domain yaitu fungsi fisik (20,43 ±1,315); peranan fisik (7,15 ±0,807); rasa nyeri (4,09 ±0,503); kesehatan umum (14,74 ±1,461); fungsi sosial (7,77 ±1,146); kesehatan mental (16,74 ±1,421); peranan emosi (5,62 ±0,739); vitalitas (16,28 ±1,556). Kualitas hidup penyitas long COVID tergambar melalui delapan domain SF-366 dengan domain fungsi fisik memiliki skor rata-rata tertinggi.
