PENGALAMAN PERAWAT MENJALANI PERAN DAN FUNGSI PERAWAT DI PUSKESMAS KABUPATEN GARUT

Perawat sebagai bagian dari tenaga kesehatan profesional memiliki peran sebagai pemberi asuhan,pendidik, advokat klien, konselor, agen pengubah, pemimpin, manajer, manajer kasus, serta peneliti dan pengembang praktik keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan eksplorasi yang mendalam tentang peranan perawat dalam menjalani peran dan fungsinya di Puskesmas. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi dengan partisipan sebanyak 4 orang perawat pelaksana di puskesmas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan enam tema diantaranya adalah peran koordinasi perawat; proses manajemen tupoksi program puskesmas; ketidaksesuaian pelaksanaan tupoksi perawat; kesadaran peran profesi perawat; belum optimalnya garapan program; dan harapan penataan tupoksi perawat puskesmas. Penelitian ini mampu mengungkapkan pengalaman perawat dalam menjalani peran dan fungsinya di Puskesmas dimulai dari perawat secara bertanggung jawab mampu mengkoordinasikan pelayanan dalam bentuk program dan kegiatan dengan pihak-pihak lain yang terkait.
