Penggunaan Media Mixed Reality dalam konteks Pembelajaran Matematika pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama
Abstract
This study aims to describe the effect of using Mixed Reality media in mathematics learning in junior high schools. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The subjects of the study were 40 students of grades IX B and IX C of SMPN 05 Mandor, with the object of research being the application of Mixed Reality media in mathematics learning. The instruments used included a closed questionnaire to measure interest and learning assistance, as well as a learning outcome test in the form of multiple choice and essay questions. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive analysis techniques with a Likert scale and calculation of average values. The results showed that students' learning interest was in the good category with an average score of 3.80, learning assistance was in the good category with an average score of 4.08, and students' learning outcomes obtained an average score of 75.2 which exceeded the school's KKM. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Mixed Reality media has a positive effect on students' interest, assistance, and learning outcomes in mathematics learning in junior high schools.
