Ethnomathematics is an approach that connects mathematical concepts with cultural practices embedded in society, including traditional foods that contain geometric shapes and patterns. The background of this study is grounded in the importance of creating contextual learning that is closely related to students’ daily lives. The purpose of this research is to conduct a systematic literature review on the application of ethnomathematics in traditional foods within the context of plane geometry. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), carried out through the processes of identification, selection, analysis, and integration of relevant scientific articles. The research data were obtained from various national journal publications indexed in online databases. The findings reveal that traditional foods such as tempe mendoan, ampyang, semprong, and kue lupis represent plane figures such as squares, rectangles, triangles, and circles. These results indicate that local foods can serve as effective learning media in introducing geometric concepts. In conclusion, the exploration of ethnomathematics through traditional foods has the potential to strengthen mathematics learning that is meaningful, contextual, and culturally oriented.
