Abstract

This study aims to describe the students' mathematical connection ability by using  proof based learning on triangle material. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach and the subjects of this research are class VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Kayuagung totaling 27 students. The learning process is carried out in accordance with evidence-based learning. The data collection technique is a written test consisting of 3 questions. From the research, the results obtained the ability of students' mathematical connections in proof based learning on triangle material is categorized as less This shows that students' mathematical connection skills are not optimal in proof based learning.
