Optimalisasi Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Siswa Melalui Model Problem Based Learning (PBL): Sebuah Studi Literatur
Abstract
Education in Indonesia still faces many challenges, especially in terms of students' mathematical abilities which are classified as low based on the results of PISA and TIMSS. Mathematical ability is very important in solving everyday problems. This study aims to review the effectiveness of Problem Based Learning (PBL) implementation in improving students' mathematical problem solving skills. The method used in this research is content analysis, with data sourced from various articles that discuss the application of PBL in improving mathematical problem solving skills. The results showed that the application of PBL can significantly improve students' ability to solve mathematical problems. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective learning methods to improve students' mathematical problem solving skills.
