Efektivitas Pendekatan PMRI Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa : Narrative Review

Abstract

The aim of this research is to conduct a literature review regarding the effectiveness of implementing the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education Approach (PMRI) on students' critical thinking abilities. Narrative review (NR) was used as the research methodology. Data collection was carried out by capturing and reviewing all papers on mathematics education published between 2014 and 2024 with the keywords effectiveness, PMRI, critical thinking and narrative review (NR). This research used 19 research results consisting of 16 articles and 3 theses from Google Scholar. The results of a narrative review of 19 research results show that Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) has an influence on improving students' ability to think critically.
