Narrative Review: Efektivitas Pendekatan PMRI Terhadap Kemampuan Literasi Matematika
Abstract
This research aims to review articles about the Indonesian realistic mathematis education (PMRI) approach to students’ mathematical literacy abilities. This research uses the narrative review (NR) method. The steps of a narrative review (NR) include research development (formulating research questions), developing a search strategy (looking for articles that are suitable for research), selection criteria (applying inclusion criteria to selected articles), evaluating data and inclusing analysis and interpretation (reporting research results). By analyzing relevant articles and focusing on the research topics conducted which were sourced from googlle scholar by entering the keywords “effectiveness”, “PMRI”, “mathematics literacy” on september 11 2024. The inclusion criteria used were articles in Indonesian from 2014-2024. There were 415 articles, after being limited to 361 articles, only 15 articles were selected that were appropriate to the research topic. The results of the narrative review (NR) were that the PMRI approach was effective on stdents’ mathematical literacy abilities.
