Analisis Vegetasi Pohon di Area Parkir Off Street SubDAS Timur Universitas Padjadjaran Jatinangor
Abstract
ff street parking areas are parking areas that are not located on the
roadside, but in special locations designated for vehicle stops. The
existence of vegetation in the parking area must consider the suitability of
its function. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on the
composition, diversity and evenness of tree stand species in the off street
parking area in the East Sub Das of Padjadjaran University. The method
used is explorative method using purposive sampling. Each tree observed at
each location will be recorded, analyzed, identified and documented. Data
were analyzed using the Important Value Index (INP), ShannonWiener
diversity index (H'), and evenness index (E). The results of this
study at the tree level the value (H') was 2.81 and the value (E) was 0.75, for
the pole level the value (H') was 1.71 and the value (E) was 0.48, while for
the sapling level the value (H') was 1.12 and the value (E) was 0.34. Of the
three levels of tree growth, it is known that the H' values of all levels fall
into the medium category (1-3). In contrast, evenness for the tree level is
categorized as high (>0.6), while saplings and poles fall into the medium
category (0.3-0.6). It can be concluded that from 20 location points of the
off street parking area, the total diversity of the tree level obtained is 59
species from 27 families.
