Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Peserta Didik Kelas VII di SMP Muhammadiyah Waingapu

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the jigsaw cooperative learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah Waingapu. Quantitative research with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest experimental procedure is the methodology used. All members of the population were selected as samples using nonprobability sampling techniques with a saturated sample type. A total of 18 grade VII students became the experimental group in this study. A total of five essay questions were used as pretests and posttests which are two parts of the data collection method. The methods used in the data testing methodology of this study are prerequisite tests, descriptive tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, Ha was accepted which showed that the application of the jigsaw cooperative learning model had a significant effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah Waingapu. The results of the dependent sample t-test showed Asymptotic Signifiance (2-Tailed) of 0.000 which means less than 0.05 Ha is accepted so that it shows a significant effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Muhammadiyah Waingapu after applying the jigsaw type cooperative learning model.
