This research aims to determine the diversity of macro moths (Macrolepidoptera) in the Masigit Kareumbi Wildlife Reserve. The sampling method employed involves the use of light trapping, with the locations determined through purposive sampling, selecting predetermined points based on various considerations, such as vegetation, distance to the environment, light pollution, and input from local residents. Data from these points are treated as primary data and complemented with secondary data gathered through an exploratory method along predefined paths. Moth samples are then identified and documented based on their morphological characteristics. The result obtained 122 specimens that were identified from 81 species and 14 families of moths with a div ersity index of 4,212, evenness index of 0,958, and species richness index of 16,65.
