PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS GAME KAHOOT MATERI SISTEM PENCERNAAN MAKANAN PADA MANUSIA

Abstract

Based on the needs analysis, this development aims to produce online learning media products based on the Kahoot game which can help and make students easy in studying Biology. This type of research is R&D or development research. This research uses a 4D model development model with steps, namely 1) define 2) design 3) development 4) disseminate. This series of steps includes expert validation (material experts, media experts and design experts), small group testing and large group testing. Based on the validation results of online learning media based on the Kahoot game by material experts, it was 100%, media experts were 100%, design experts were 83.3%, small group trials were 84.6%, and large group trials were 93.7%. This is based on the material being considered very good in accordance with Basic Competencies and Core Competencies starting from understanding the digestive system, the shapes of the digestive organs, how the digestive organs work to disorders of the digestive system in humans. The suitability of the media with the learning objectives was assessed as good, made with various animations and media variations consisting of teaching modules, PPTs, videos and quizzes which equipped with interesting images and audio, the attractiveness of the learning media design, the appearance of the Kahoot game media was attractive, the attractiveness of the text, the image and audio are very clear and close to the students are considered good. Based on the results of the assessments provided by material experts, media experts, design experts and students, it can be concluded that the Kahoot game-based online learning media for human digestive system material is qualified in the very valid category.
