Abstract - This research aims to implement the Waterfall method and artificial intelligence in mapping property tax objects at the Dispenda Central Lampung. The Waterfall method is used as a software development framework that allows a structured and systematic process from the analysis phase to implementation. Meanwhile, artificial intelligence is applied to enhance the accuracy in mapping and classifying tax objects based on spatial and non-spatial data. The research results show that the combination of the Waterfall method and artificial intelligence can improve the efficiency and accuracy of mapping property tax objects, ultimately supporting the optimization of regional tax revenue. These findings provide significant contributions to the development of geographic information systems and regional tax management in Central Lampung..
