As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Author Guidelines
Some criterias of manuscript that submit to Range: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika are (1) written in good English academically by student, teacher, lecturers, or practitioner, (2) should be written according to the template, focus and scope of range of Range: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika. If the manuscript does not proper to the template yet guideline of focus, and scope of RANGE: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika, it will be rejected in early screening by RANGE: Journal of Mathematics Education, (3) original research articles and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Author strongly asked to use template of the RANGE: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika
The title must be concise, accurate and informative.
The abstract must be informative and completely clear, providing a clear statement of the problem, the solution offered, the methods used, and the findings and recommendations from your research. The abstract should be 200 to 250 words.
Keyword lists provide the opportunity to add keywords which are used by indexing services. The appropriate keywords are keywords that are created based on the content of the manuscript, not just the words in the title of article. The use of keywords properly can increase the ease with which interested parties can find your article. The keywords are from 4 to 6 words.
The introduction must provide a clear background, a clear problem statement, relevant literature about the problem, the approach or solution offered, and the novelty of your research. The introduction should be understood by all readers from various disciplines.
Explain the chronology of the research, including research design and research procedures. This description must be supported by references in case a new method is used, so that the explanation can be accepted scientifically.
In the results and discussion section, the results of the research/calculations must be explained/stated, and in the same section discussed comprehensively. Discussion of research results must be supported by theory and previous research results, both relevant and contrasting with the results of the research.
The conclusion should provide a statement about research findings, which may be consistent with those stated in the "Introduction" section or contradictory, or truly "new" findings. Apart from that, also add prospects for the development of research results and their application in further research in the future.
The author suggested to check grammar of the manuscript in grammar app, such as Grammarly.
Tables and Figures are presented in the center, with the table numbering and title at the top of the table, while the figure numbering and title at the bottom of the figure.
References must be cited in the text. Only references cited in the text should be included in the References section. Reference writing uses APA (American Psychological Association) 7th edition style and is expected to use the Mendeleyapplication. The number of references in one manuscript is at least 15 references, and 60% of them come from reputable journals SINTA and SCOPUS.
For author that appointed as corresponding author suggested to provide some informations such as email address, complete postal address, or telephone number where he/she can be contacted. Please note that any articles that fail to meet our requirements will be returned to the author for changes. Only manuscripts submitted according to the requirements will be considered by the Editor.
Particular Instruction Authors who eager to submit a manuscript must pay attention to the points below. If the manuscript does not meet Range requirements, there is a possibility that the manuscript will be returned.
The manuscript is not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference and even published in another journal.
The manuscript is in word document format (doc or docx)
The manuscript could be 1.5 spaces; times new roman font 11; not underlined (except URL address); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed in the text at appropriate points, not at the end.
Manuscripts that comply with all the requirements in these Author Guidelines will be considered for further processing.
All submitted manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. The author strongly suggested to attach plagiarism level result simultaneously with the manuscript. The maximum level of plagiarism which is allowed in RANGE: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika is 15% for Plagiarism Checker X app and 20% for Turnitin app.
