This study aims to analyze the determinants of macroeconomic variables, specifically inflation, the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP), and the unemployment rate, on economic growth in West Java Province during the 2011–2025 period. Using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method and secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), this research examines the partial and simultaneous effects of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results indicate that the UMP and the unemployment rate have a negative and statistically significant impact on regional economic growth. Conversely, the inflation variable does not show a significant influence during the observation period. These findings suggest that wage stability aligned with labor productivity, combined with the optimization of labor absorption, is a key driver for regional economic growth. The implications of this study provide guidance for regional governments to formulate more inclusive and sustainable labor policies.
