Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of education levels, the labor force, and investment on economic growth in South Sumatra Province from 2014 to 2023. The independent variables are education levels, the labor force, and investment, while the dependent variable is economic growth. A quantitative research method was employed. The study examines how education levels, the labor force, and investment influence economic growth in the province. Secondary data were utilized, obtained through prior research and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results indicate that education levels have a significant impact on economic growth, whereas the labor force and investment do not have a significant impact; collectively, education levels, the labor force, and investment have a positive but statistically insignificant effect on economic growth in South Sumatra.
