1. Submit the article manuscript to the national seminar for the nation's day held by LPPM Universitas Timor once a year.
2. The article manuscript is reviewed after the national seminar process is completed.
3. The article manuscript is reviewed by 2 reviewers
4. The author is requested to revise the article manuscript that has been reviewed
