General Instruction

  1. Authors are required to use the MATH:EDU: Jurnal Ilmu Pendidikan Matematika guidelines [download] as the template.
  2. The article should be concise, accurate, and informative.
  3. The abstract should be informative and entirely clear, providing a statement of the problem, the proposed solution, the methods used, and the findings and recommendations of your research. The abstract should be between 100 and 200 words.
  4. The keyword list provides an opportunity to add keywords that are used by indexing services. Appropriate keywords are those derived from the content of the manuscript, not just the words in the title of your article. Using accurate keywords can improve the ease with which interested parties can find your article. Keywords should consist of 4 to 6 words.
  5. The introduction should provide a clear background, a clear statement of the problem, relevant literature on the issue, the approach or solution proposed, and the novelty of your research. The introduction should be understandable to readers from all disciplines.
  6. Describe the chronology of the research, including the research design and research procedures. This description must be supported by references if new methods are used, ensuring the explanation is scientifically accepted.
  7. In the results and discussion section, the research findings/calculations must be explained and thoroughly discussed within the same section. The discussion of the research findings should be supported by theory and previous research, both those relevant and those that contrast with the research findings.
  8. A good conclusion should provide a statement about your research findings, which may either be consistent with those stated in the "Introduction" section, contradictory, or completely "new" findings. Additionally, include prospects for developing the research results and their application in future research.
  9. Authors are advised to check the grammar of the manuscript using grammar tools, such as Grammarly.
  10. Tables and figures should be centered, with the table numbering and title at the top of the table, while the figure numbering and title should be at the bottom of the figure.
  11. References must be included in the manuscript. Only references cited within the manuscript will be listed in the References section. References should be written in APA style, and it is recommended to use the Mendeley application. The manuscript should have at least 15 references, with 60% sourced from reputable journals indexed in SINTA or SCOPUS.
  12. For authors designated as corresponding authors, it is recommended to provide information such as email address, complete postal address, and contactable telephone number. Please note that articles not meeting our requirements will be returned to the author for revision. Only manuscripts submitted in accordance with the guidelines will be considered by the Editor.
