RANGE: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika

Range: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika publish original research, and/or theoretical study manuscripts in the field of mathematics and mathematics education, on current problems, carried out by:

(1) Teachers at Primary and Middle School levels, as well as Universities,

(2) Observers and researchers in the field of Mathematics and Mathematics Education,

(3) Educational decision makers at regional and national levels (related to Mathematics and Mathematics Education

Range: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika welcomes manusripts in the scope of mathematics education which focus on Mathematics Ability, Ethnomathematics, ICT in Mathematics Education and Design or Development of Research which can develop the quality of students' mathematics learning processes and outcomes. We also accept manuscripts resulting from pure or applied mathematics research where the findings have an impact on society at large.

The Journal invites original research articles and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The whole spectrum of research in mathematics education are welcome, which includes, but is not limited to the following topics:

Mathematics Ability

Mathematics ability refers to the ability to obtain, to process, and to retain mathematical information (cognitive) and to solve mathematics problems (pragmatic). To maintain the focus of this journal, the scope of mathematics ability includes the following abilities: reasoning, connection, communication, representation, and problem-solving.

ICT in Mathematics Education

The advance of information and communication technology (ICT) has been the concern of all human life, including in education. For the sake of efficiency and appeal, education must be the first to adopt technology when students use it.

 Design/Development Research in Mathematics Education

The systematic study of creating, constructing, and assessing educational interventions—programs, teaching-learning techniques, and materials, products, and systems—as answers to such issues is known as educational design research. It also seeks to increase our understanding of the traits of these therapies as well as the methods used in their development. Authors were invited to submit their work, which might be either a development study or a validation study in mathematics education, along with a thorough description and analysis of every single step.

 Pure and Applied mathematics

Range: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika welcomes both theoretical and applied research work to be published in the journal. The topics include but are not limited to: Mathematical analysis and , geometry, Algebra and combinatorics, Discrete Mathematics, Mathematical physics, Statistics, Numerical method and computation, Operation research and optimization, Mathematical modelling, Mathematical Logic in Computer Science, and Computational mathematics.
